1. Strictly No Returns or Refunds on Lingerie & Swimwear

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any lingerie, intimate apparel, body suites, or swimsuits. All sales for these specific items are final.

We highly recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about your size, please contact our support team at Support@knoutfits.com before placing your order.

2. Dress Returns (Eligible Items)

We accept returns and exchanges only on dresses, subject to the following strict conditions:

 Return Window: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

 Item Condition: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags and packaging intact.

 Exclusions: Dresses that show signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume scents, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

3. How to Start a Dress Return

1. Email Us: Contact our team at Support@knoutfits.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions and the warehouse address.

3. Shipping: Pack the dress securely. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned dress is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank). Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including lingerie or swimwear), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@knoutfits.com with your order number and photos of the fault so we can resolve the issue immediately.
