Thank you for shopping at knoutfits.co.uk. We are dedicated to delivering your orders securely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping timelines, processing procedures, and tracking information.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are subject to a processing and handling period before dispatch:

 Handling Time: 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).  

 Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during public holidays will begin processing on the next immediate working business day.  

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our facility.  

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been carefully processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping carrier, the estimated delivery transit window is as follows:

 Handling Time: 2 Working Days (to prepare and pack your order)

 Delivery Transit Time: 7 Working Days (time in transit with the courier)

 Total Estimated Delivery Window: 9 Working Days from the day you place your order.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional customs or courier delays beyond our control may occur.  

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number and link will be automatically emailed to you. You can use this link to monitor the journey of your dresses and lingerie collections directly to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your notification.  

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We begin processing orders quickly to meet our handling timelines, so we cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order is placed. Please double-check your details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged during transit or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at Support@knoutfits.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
