Hygiene Exclusions: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that all lingerie, intimate apparel, and swimwear sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, these items are strictly ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless deemed faulty upon arrival.
Dresses: Dress returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the strict conditions set out in our Returns Policy.
