I ordered size 39 for a 24.5 cm foot, they fit loosely, but that's actually good. The sole is very uncomfortable; I had to buy a silicone insole. They fit perfectly on wide feet, and the toes don't stick out. They look great. I really wish the insole was softer and the quality was better.

According to the size chart, I should have taken size 37, but I have never worn that shoe size before. I took size 36 for a 240 cm foot. In the end, they are too big for me. Definitely not for narrow feet, and they didn't fit well either; all the straps are loose. So, where do I go with them now? The shoes are otherwise okay.
